Making your life in France easier doesn't have to cost the earth.

Only 50€ TTC per hour * (TTC is the equivalent of 'including VAT')

I charge in 15 minute segments, eg. A 10 minute phone call would cost only 12,50€ TTC. 

Any print-outs are charged at 5€ per sheet.

Please note::

With my pricing structure, you will only be asked to pay for the work that you have asked me to do.  You will not be expected to pay for the time I take answering your call and for the time taken to call you back. 

Eg. You call me and ask me to make a call to France Telecom to check your bill.  I spend 10 minutes on the phone to France Telecom.  You will only be charged for those 10 minutes ie. 12,50€.  This will include your call to me and my call back to you to discuss what was said.

Visits are charged a minimum rate of 1 hour ie. 50€ TTC after that hour you will be charged as above.

If you do not live all year round in the valley, I ask for a payment of 1 hour, ie. 50€, to be paid up front.  Your bill will be deducted from this and the remainder used as credit for future work.
